Cancellations within 24 Hours: For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled experience, the non-refundable deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Any additional payments made will be refunded. Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you wish to reschedule your experience within the 24-hour window, your non-refundable deposit can be applied to a applied to a future booking.
