To ensure the efficient operation of our experiences and the allocation of resources, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Window: To cancel or reschedule your reservation without incurring additional charges, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled experience. Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your experience. Cancellations within 24 Hours: For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled experience, the non-refundable deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Any additional payments made will be refunded. Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you wish to reschedule your experience within the 24-hour window, your non-refundable deposit can be applied to a applied to a future booking.
